Terms of reference and responsibilities of the Dean of the Branch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Dean of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business Branch has a wide range of responsibilities and competencies that cover key aspects of the Branch’s activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is a description of the Dean’s responsibilities based on the organizational regulations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Management of the Branch’s didactic and organizational activities:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch is responsible for directing and supervising the Branch’s didactic and organizational activities. This includes managing the educational process and ensuring the proper functioning of the university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To carry out the tasks of the Dean of the Office of the Dean for the Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior. Student Affairs and Dean of Student Affairs. Education:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch carries out the tasks that arise from the authority of the Dean of the Branch. Student Affairs and Dean of Student Affairs. The Education Council in the context of the Branch, providing an appropriate framework and support for the education process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Coordination and implementation of tasks related to educational processes:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch coordinates and supervises tasks related to the educational process at the Branch. He is responsible for ensuring the quality of education and monitoring and improving education programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Supervision of Administrative Employees:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch is the supervisor of the Branch’s administrative staff, including the administrative support staff of the departments based at the Branch. This includes personnel management and supervision of their work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Applications for awards and promotions of dydidactic employees:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch makes proposals to the Rector on matters of rewards and promotions of teaching employees carrying out the educational process at the Branch. In addition, it gives its opinion on other matters related to the educational process referred to the Rector or the Vice Rector for Education. Student Affairs and Education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Appointment and dismissal of Branch authorities:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch has the right to request the Rector to appoint and dismiss the Dean of the Branch and the managers of the fields of study conducted at the Branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Coordination of the work of the Branch Managers’ Council:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch is responsible for developing and presenting for the Rector’s approval a program for the development of education at the Branch and monitoring its implementation in cooperation with the Branch Managers’ Council.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Cooperation and External Contacts:<\/strong> the Dean of the Branch cooperates with various entities, including the Student Government, student organizations, the Academic Coordination Center in the Neisse Euroregion (ACC), the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for the Nisa Euroregion (ACC), and the Rector’s Representative for the Nisa Euroregion (ACC).   9. Management of the Branch:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch organizes the operation of the Branch, including decisions on the organizational structure, transformation or liquidation of administrative units and positions related to the organization of the educational process and student services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

Power of attorney:<\/strong> The Dean of the Branch, based on the power of attorney granted by the Rector, may perform legal actions in the name of and on behalf of the Wroclaw University of Economics, such as entering into sponsorship, promotion and donation agreements for the benefit of the Branch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
