Branch Dean&#8217;s Office performs the following tasks:<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Financial assistance to students and doctoral students of the Branch, including receipt of documentation and applications for the award of scholarships and benefits, as well as submission of lists of accrued scholarships to the Finance Department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of matters related to the Minister&#8217;s scholarships and scholarships for students from non-university institutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooperation with the National Agency for Academic Exchange in matters related to the payment of scholarships to foreign students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling doctoral programs and doctoral students who started before 2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative support of postgraduate studies, including recruitment, documentation of studies and preparation of documentation for external institutions and participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entering data into the POL-on system regarding the status of students and doctoral students, as well as material aid, doctoral and pro-quality scholarships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collection and collation of data needed for the preparation of internal and external reports on study programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation and archiving of documentation in accordance with university regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Branch Dean, Branch Vice Dean and faculty managers in the implementation of study programs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>The Branch Dean&#8217;s Office is subordinate to the Branch
