Branch Office
The Branch Office of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business plays a key role in organizing and managing various aspects of the Branch’s activities. Here is a brief description of the processes and tasks for which the Branch Office is responsible, based on an excerpt from the regulations:
- Clerical and organizational support: the Branch Office supervises and coordinates the performance of tasks assigned by the Branch Dean to academic staff and administrative support staff of departments and other units of the Branch. This includes both the organization of the teaching process and the management of administrative tasks.
- Reporting: the Branch Office is responsible for preparing annual reports on the Branch’s activities, which include relevant information on the university’s achievements and challenges.
- Organization of the didactic process: The Branch Office cooperates with the Office of Didactic Planning and Accounting in the organization and implementation of the didactic process at the Branch. This includes preparing documentation for the accreditation of majors and monitoring study programs.
- Organization of training and events: The Branch Office organizes various training courses, workshops, seminars, conferences and other teaching and cultural events that enrich the educational offer and integrate the academic community.
- Communication: the Branch Office is tasked with shaping the Branch’s image, both internally and externally. This includes providing information to employees and students, preparing promotional materials, updating the website, and promotional activities in regional and social media.
- Administrative and organizational support: the Branch Office provides administrative support for teaching and development projects, organizes training courses for university teachers, coordinates cultural events, and supports student organizations and other institutions operating in the Branch.
The Branch Office plays an important role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Wroclaw University of Economics Branch, both in terms of teaching and organization. Its tasks cover a very wide range of activities that affect the quality of education, communication with the environment and the development of the university.
