Attention !!!
Readers who are not students or employees of the EU Branch in Jelenia Góra may use the resources of the Branch Library on a guest basis.
Reader with the status of GUEST – in order to use the resources of the Library must first register and purchase an electronic library card (more in the tab: Library enrollment). Enrollment in the library is tantamount to acknowledgment of knowledge of the regulations and acceptance of all their provisions. Guests, after obtaining a library card, can use the book collection and databases available in the library only on site. As registered users, they can also use computers. Computer equipment is used exclusively for educational and scientific purposes.

Enrollment in the library is conducted exclusively through an online form:
Particular attention should be paid to entering a valid e-mail address. After registration, a message with the reader’s account number will be sent to the address provided. Also, information about the expiration of the deadline for returning books is sent by e-mail.
Completion and submission of the enrollment form is tantamount to confirmation of knowledge of the Library Regulations and acceptance of all their provisions.
