Accounting for the circulation card

Accounting for the circulation card

Level I and II students:

  1. In order to obtain certification on the electronic circulation card, all obligations to the Library must be paid.
  2. The circulation card is launched at the Branch Dean’s Office.
  3. Students who no longer wish to borrow books externally and would like to settle their accounts with the Library may do so at any time by requesting a pledge card by phone at 75 7538234 , by email to [email protected] or in person at the Library (in the Lending Room).
  4. Signing the circulation card results in a change of account status to “Graduate”, which remains active for 1 calendar year. A person with “Graduate” status can still use the Library, but cannot borrow books.

Students from other universities:

  1. In order to settle accounts with the Library, all obligations to the Library must be paid.
  2. You need to report in person to the Lending Library to stamp the commitment card.
  3. Signing the commitment card results in the closure of the library account.
